Walking down a Street

Imagine

Where am I?

Walking down a street.

Walking down a street?

Yes, walking down a street surrounded by houses, trees, cars passing by.

Is that really all? Just walking down a street?

Yes. Unless you are suddenly conscious of something else encompassing you, surrounding the houses, the trees, the cars. Permeating everything.

Something you can’t see, like an invisible fog.

A very clear, crisp fog from a high place.

Something you can’t see, can’t touch, but you know it’s there.

You sense it. Inwardly and outwardly.

Something that lifts your consciousness beyond all the things around you.

The houses, the trees, the cars, the street.

Beyond your everyday reality.

Something you can inhale along with the earthly air.

It’s there, all around you. Just waiting.

Waiting for all of us.
