U\u017e prv\u00fd de\u0148 by ur\u010dite priniesol probl\u00e9my. Preto\u017ee v\u0161etko je na sebe navz\u00e1jom z\u00e1visl\u00e9: \u010doskoro nebudeme ma\u0165 vodu; doprava bude odstaven\u00e1; po\u010d\u00edta\u010de a telef\u00f3ny nebud\u00fa fungova\u0165. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa r\u00fdchlo dostaneme do bodu, ke\u010f nebudeme ma\u0165 k dispoz\u00edcii technick\u00e9 prostriedky modernej medic\u00edny alebo ich budeme ma\u0165 len vo ve\u013emi obmedzenej miere. Bude nedostatok liekov; opera\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1kroky v nemocniciach u\u017e nebud\u00fa mo\u017en\u00e9. V takejto situ\u00e1cii by sa lek\u00e1ri r\u00fdchlo stali, chtiac &#8211; nechtiac, <em>bosonoh\u00fdmi lek\u00e1rmi<\/em> <a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\">[1]<\/a> aby aspo\u0148 trochu pomohli \u013eu\u010fom v n\u00fadzi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee lek\u00e1ri by postupovali bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek pomocn\u00fdch prostriedkov. Zostali by minim\u00e1lne tieto \u0161tyri mo\u017enosti lie\u010denia:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ListParagraphCxSpErster\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd pr\u00edstup: bu\u010fte k dispoz\u00edcii, nenech\u00e1vajte chor\u00e9ho osamote.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ListParagraphCxSpMittel\">Lie\u010div\u00e1 sila pr\u00edrody: pou\u017e\u00edvajte prostriedky pr\u00edrody.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ListParagraphCxSpMittel\">Lie\u010div\u00e1 sila kult\u00fary: pou\u017e\u00edvajte silu na\u0161ej mysle a vedomia.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ListParagraphCxSpLetzter\">Z\u00e1zrak v sebe samom: posil\u0148ovanie chor\u00e9ho \u010dloveka v jeho seba-p\u00f4soben\u00ed a aktivovanie sily seba-lie\u010denia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"text-align-right\"><em>\u010co zostane, ak u\u017e viac ni\u010d nefunguje?<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-right\"><em>\u017diadne lieky, \u017eiadne oper\u00e1cie? \u017diadna technika?<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-right\"><em>Pr\u00edtomnos\u0165, l\u00e1ska a starostlivos\u0165 ako jadro lie\u010dite\u013esk\u00e9ho umenia!<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-right\">Hartmut Schr\u00f6der<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd pr\u00edstup: bu\u010fte k dispoz\u00edcii, nenech\u00e1vajte chor\u00e9ho osamote<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Ke\u010f sa v my\u0161lienkach vr\u00e1time k \u010dasom, kedy \u013eudsk\u00e9 spolo\u010denstv\u00e1 nemali k dispoz\u00edcii rozvinut\u00e9 umenie lie\u010dby, predstavovala nevyhnutn\u00e1 a empatick\u00e1 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 v kombin\u00e1cii so zdr\u017eanlivej\u0161\u00edm a pozorn\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom oh\u013eadom terapeutick\u00fdch z\u00e1sahov, sn\u00e1\u010f historick\u00fd po\u010diatok medic\u00edny. E\u0161te pre antick\u00fdch lek\u00e1rov bolo prvou prioritou neu\u0161kodi\u0165; druhou bolo by\u0165 opatrn\u00fd a pozorn\u00fd; a tre\u0165ou uzdravi\u0165. Toto pravidlo troch z\u00e1sad platilo presne v tomto porad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">V tejto s\u00favislosti sa vyn\u00e1ra prirodzen\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: \u010co vlastne znamen\u00e1 slovo <em>lie\u010denie<\/em>, ke\u010f umenie lie\u010denia, zalo\u017een\u00e9 na vedeckom a technickom ch\u00e1pan\u00ed medic\u00edny, nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 alebo je mo\u017en\u00e9 len vo ve\u013emi obmedzenom rozsahu?<\/p>\n<p>Filozof Ivan Illich op\u00edsal p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 ch\u00e1panie lie\u010denia jednoducho a presne.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Lie\u010denie je vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov tradi\u010dn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom starostlivosti a ute\u0161ovania \u013eud\u00ed, k\u00fdm sa zotavuj\u00fa. <a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" title=\"\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Tak\u00e9to ch\u00e1panie lie\u010denia vedie lek\u00e1rov k zaujatiu postoja pokory a ch\u00e1pania svojej roly pri povzbudzovan\u00ed a vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed r\u00e1mca, v ktorom m\u00f4\u017ee d\u00f4js\u0165 k uzdraveniu. V tomto oh\u013eade je lie\u010denie v\u017edy seba-lie\u010den\u00edm. Je to vn\u00fatorn\u00fd proces seba-riadenia, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee vy\u017eadova\u0165 vonkaj\u0161ie podnety. Preto Alfred Goldscheider, klasik hist\u00f3rie medic\u00edny z 19. storo\u010dia a zakladate\u013e modernej neurol\u00f3gie, hovor\u00ed: \u201eLie\u010denie je v\u017edy z\u00edskanie vplyvu na sily, ktor\u00e9 formuj\u00fa substanciu.\u201c <a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\" name=\"_ftnref3\" title=\"\">[3]<\/a><sup>&nbsp; <\/sup><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Ale \u010do s\u00fa to za sily, ktor\u00e9 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa substanciu, hmotu? Myslia sa t\u00fdm zrejme sily <em>pr\u00edrody<\/em> samotnej, ako aj <em>inform\u00e1cie<\/em> z kult\u00farneho kontextu. Slovo \u201einform\u00e1cia\u201c poch\u00e1dza z latinsk\u00e9ho slova <em>informare,<\/em> ktor\u00e9 mo\u017eno prelo\u017ei\u0165 ako \u201ed\u00e1va\u0165 tvar\u201c. Na inform\u00e1cie preto mo\u017eno nazera\u0165 ako na sily, ktor\u00e9 tvoria substanciu (hmotu).<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Pojem <em>inform\u00e1cia<\/em> je ako tretia dimenzia popri <em>hmote<\/em> a <em>energii<\/em> v kybernetike potrebn\u00fd na pochopenie \u017eivota, ako zd\u00f4raznil Norbert Wiener. <a href=\"#_ftn4\" id=\"_ftnref4\" name=\"_ftnref4\" title=\"\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Pritom inform\u00e1ciou m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vlastne v\u0161etko, ba aj ni\u010d, preto\u017ee aj vynechanie alebo medzera v komunik\u00e1cii m\u00f4\u017ee v ur\u010ditom kontexte nadobudn\u00fa\u0165 zmysel. Napr\u00edklad, ak lek\u00e1r ml\u010d\u00ed po\u010das vy\u0161etrenia (napr. pri sonografii) viac ako nieko\u013eko sek\u00fand, m\u00f4\u017ee jeho ml\u010danie \u00fazkostliv\u00fd pacient interpretova\u0165 ako n\u00e1znak nie\u010doho v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161ieho alebo negat\u00edvneho. Zmeny v hlasovom alebo o\u010dnom kontakte tie\u017e vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa v\u00fdznam. V\u0161etko m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v \u013eubovo\u013enom \u010dase zmyslupln\u00e9, aj ke\u010f nie je explicitne vyjadren\u00e9. Z lek\u00e1rskej praxe je dobre zn\u00e1me, \u017ee niekomu m\u00f4\u017eete pom\u00f4c\u0165 a povzbudi\u0165 ho len poskytnut\u00edm inform\u00e1cie alebo jej vynechan\u00edm. Sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm sa s inform\u00e1ciami zaobch\u00e1dza, m\u00f4\u017ee niekomu pom\u00f4c\u0165 a podpori\u0165 proces uzdravovania alebo u\u0161kodi\u0165, zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 uzdravovaniu \u010di dokonca sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 chorobu alebo vies\u0165 k smrti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Logika modernej konven\u010dnej lek\u00e1rskej vedy je logikou uskuto\u010dnite\u013enosti. Vystupuje s po\u017eiadavkou \u2013 pod\u013ea filozofa Christophera Quarcha <a href=\"#_ftn5\" id=\"_ftnref5\" name=\"_ftnref5\" title=\"\">[5]<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 robi\u0165 to lep\u0161ie ako pr\u00edroda alebo napravi\u0165 chyby pr\u00edrody: Modern\u00e1 lek\u00e1rska veda opravuje, vyv\u00edja n\u00e1hradn\u00e9 diely a odstra\u0148uje to, \u010do sp\u00f4sobuje probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Pre porovnanie, takzvan\u00e1 \u201ebosonoh\u00e1 medic\u00edna\u201c alebo antick\u00e9 lie\u010dite\u013esk\u00e9 umenie zah\u0155\u0148a vo svojej podstate koncept \u201eobnovenia rovnov\u00e1hy\u201c. Zameriava sa na obnovovanie prirodzenej rovnov\u00e1hy \u017eivota prostredn\u00edctvom lie\u010div\u00fdch podnetov (inform\u00e1ci\u00ed). Lie\u010ditelia sa sna\u017eia obnovi\u0165 rovnov\u00e1hu t\u00fdm, \u017ee povzbudzuj\u00fa pacientov, aby priniesli do svojich \u017eivotov op\u00e4\u0165 poriadok. T\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom podporuj\u00fa seba-regul\u00e1ciu, stimuluj\u00fa seba-lie\u010denie a tak prispievaj\u00fa k rovnov\u00e1he a harmoniz\u00e1cii. Zvierat\u00e1 si olizuj\u00fa rany, postia sa a odpo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00fa a dokonca jedia ur\u010dit\u00e9 rastliny, aby obnovili rovnov\u00e1hu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Popri vy\u0161\u0161ie pop\u00edsanom z\u00e1kladnom pr\u00edstupe m\u00f4\u017eu \u201ebosonoh\u00ed lek\u00e1ri\u201c &nbsp;v pr\u00edpade n\u00fadze vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 lie\u010div\u00e9 sily, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m poskytuje pr\u00edroda. Jej mo\u017enosti s\u00fa u\u017e od antiky dobre zn\u00e1me a s\u00fa naozaj v\u017edy pr\u00edstupn\u00e9. V tomto oh\u013eade vyvinula antick\u00e1 medic\u00edna dietetiku, to znamen\u00e1 holistick\u00e9, celostn\u00e9 umenie \u017eivota, a to tak na udr\u017eiavanie zdravia, ako aj na \u00fa\u010dely lie\u010denia chor\u00f4b. U\u017e v <em>\u201eCorpus Hippocraticum\u201c<\/em> star\u00e9ho Gr\u00e9cka sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa odkazy na lie\u010div\u00e9 podnety, ktor\u00fdch cie\u013eom v\u017edy bolo obnovi\u0165 rovnov\u00e1hu a harm\u00f3niu. Zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa cel\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl a siahaj\u00fa od telesnej terapie a\u017e ku psycho-hygiene.
