A\u010dkoli m\u016f\u017eeme rozli\u0161ovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 objekty na\u0161eho hled\u00e1n\u00ed, jako \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, hodnotn\u00e9 vztahy, materi\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdhody, nedefinovateln\u00e9 kvality, kontrolu nad t\u00edm, co se n\u00e1m d\u011bje a&nbsp;tak d\u00e1le, v\u0161echno toto je druh usilov\u00e1n\u00ed o&nbsp;v\u00fdvoj, o&nbsp;celistvost.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd hled\u00e1 celistvost; ale proto\u017ee jsme odli\u0161n\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00fd&nbsp;\u2013 na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00e9ho stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed&nbsp;\u2013 nach\u00e1z\u00ed smysl v&nbsp;odli\u0161n\u00fdch c\u00edlech a&nbsp;snah\u00e1ch, o&nbsp;kter\u00fdch v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee mu poskytnou uspokojen\u00ed nebo n\u011bjak\u00fd r\u016fst.<\/p>\n<p>A&nbsp;zjevn\u011b pro n\u00e1s neexistuje zp\u016fsob, abychom si p\u0159edstavili n\u011bco n\u00e1m naprosto ciz\u00edho, ale stav\u00edme p\u0159ed sebe na\u0161i vlastn\u00ed ideu hodnoty, a&nbsp;pak hled\u00e1me cesty k&nbsp;jej\u00ed realizaci. To nicm\u00e9n\u011b znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vlastn\u011b potvrzujeme sami sebe&nbsp;\u2013 na\u0161e vlastn\u00ed ideje, na\u0161e vlastn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dnes existuje mnoho popul\u00e1rn\u00edch metod pro ur\u010dit\u00fd druh uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed principy (NLP, metoda Silva, vizualizace atd.). Probl\u00e9mem v&nbsp;tomto procesu je, \u017ee velmi zu\u017euje na\u0161e vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a, s\u00e1m o&nbsp;sob\u011b, je n\u011bjak\u00fdm druhem odm\u00edtnut\u00ed p\u0159ijmout skute\u010dnost v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 podob\u011b.
